David Layne is a pastor, husband and dad that has a love for the local church. He and his wife Samantha planted The Rising in September of 2019. He is dedicated to preaching the truth of God’s word and equipping others to fulfill what God has called them to. David and Samantha are blessed with their four boys Gentry, Shepherd, Baylor and Ryman.
David’s vision for The Rising is see God’s people use God’s gifts. His hopes are to empower people to step out in faith and pursue their God given calling. He is committed to teaching the scriptures and never compromizing on truth.
